- All transactions require an undamaged form of valid photo ID accepted by Red Earth Casino.
- Players who are selected and cannot produce a valid REC accepted form of photo ID will be disqualified, and another winner will be drawn in their place.
- Participation is limited to eligible individuals; those who are currently excluded patrons, or minors are not permitted to participate. If an ineligible participant wins a prize, their entry will be considered invalid, and a new winner will be chosen.
- Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility to claim any prize.
- By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the promotion.
- Red Earth Casino is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors, whether human, mechanical, electronic, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning.
- Each entrant and winner shall indemnify and hold harmless the Torres Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians, Torres Martinez Gaming Corporation (DBA Red Earth Casino), and its officers, employees, against any damage, loss, claim, or liability arising from his or her participation in the promotion. Red Earth Casino assumes no liability of any kind.
- Participation in a drawing is not guaranteed if a Player is unable to activate their entries during the times stated in these official rules. No exceptional circumstances will warrant the delay of a drawing to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.
- Starting Monday October 28, 2024 for every (25) Twenty-Five base points earned on a Player’s Players Club Card, the Player will receive (1) one entry into that week’s drawings.
- In addition, every entry ticket earned in November will also count as an entry into Saturdays November 30, 2024 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid & Cash Grand Prize Drawings.
- Over the course of this one-month promotion, the drawing schedule guarantees a total of 117 of Free Play & Cash Prize Winners for an estimated total of ($35,100) Thirty-Five Thousand One Hundred Dollars.
- The Virtual Barrel entries will be based on the number of points a Player earns in the week preceding the weekly drawing.
- One winner will be selected every 15 minutes starting at 8:00pm and concluding at 11:00pm
- Players can win a chance to play the game 1 one time during that night’s drawings.
- Cash Prize vouchers expire at midnight on the day they were issued.
- Free Play Prizes will be valid for seven (7) days.
- The Virtual Drum Barrel closes just prior to each drawing hour. The Virtual Drum Barrel reopens to accept new entries right after each drawing is completed. Players can earn entries up to the time of the drawing.
- Entries can be activated no sooner than (2) two hours prior to the start of the promotion right up to the time of the drawing by Players swiping their REC Payers Club Card at a Promotional Kiosk / Mobile App (when applicable) and selecting the Activate Entries Icon, or actively playing with their REC Players Club Card inserted at any slot machine.
- All Winning Players will have 2 minutes to report to the Players to claim their prize. In the event a Player gives up or does not show up to claim their prize, the Players Club Supervisor, CSM, or Marketing Representative will select another name from the Virtual Barrel for the same prize
- Apon arrival at the Players Club winners will be asked to provide an REC accepted valid form of photo ID.
- Once confirmed Players will receive 3 Bean Bag’s.
- No Practice throws will be allowed.
- All Bean Bags must land completely in the hole.
- If multiple Bean Bags land in the same hole, only one will count towards the $100 Free Play prize.
- Bean Bags not completely in holes will be disqualified and not count towards the Players total.
- A player wins $100 Free Play for each Bean Bag that lands in a hole.
- A player tossing 3 bean bags in any row would receive $300 in Free Play, plus a $500 Cash Bonus.
- Players that fail to win a Prize in their 3 tosses will receive $100 in Free Play.
- Management and the TGA reserves the right to cancel, change, or modify the promotion without notice.
- The TGA must approve any change(s) to this Promotion.
