Scope of Event:
Starting Monday January 6, 2025 and every Monday through March 31, 2025, REC will be hosting a You Play We Pay Promotion between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm. Player Club Members will have the opportunity to earn One Hundred Sixty Dollars ($160) in Free Play. There are 5 Steps requiring 150 base points each. Player who reach all 5 Steps will earn a total of $160 in Free Play.

- All transactions require an undamaged form of valid photo ID accepted by Red Earth Casino.
- Participation is limited to eligible individuals; those who are currently excluded patrons, or minors are not permitted to participate.
- Falsification of any information will result in forfeiture of all points earned.
- By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the promotion.
- Red Earth Casino is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors, whether human, mechanical, electronic, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning.
- Player Card Members who participate in Red Earth Casino Promotions shall indemnify and hold harmless the Torres Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians, Torres Martinez Gaming Corporation (DBA Red Earth Casino), and its officers, employees, against any damage, loss, claim, or liability arising from his or her participation in the promotion. Red Earth Casino assumes no liability of any kind.
- Player Club members will receive $15 dollars in Free Play for each Step they achieve 1 through 4. Player who achieve step 5 will receive $100 dollars in Free Play. The Maximum amount of Free play that can be earned by achieving all 5 steps is $160.
- Players will have until 10:59pm to redeem their Free Play Icons they have earned at any Kiosk. Icons not redeemed by 10:59pm will expire and no longer be available.
