Rules:
- MUST BE A RED EARTH CASINO PLAYERS CLUB MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE.
- Participants may receive information about this promotion in a variety of ways including email, mobile app (when applicable), and traditional advertising methods.
- Red Earth Casino is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, direct mail offers.
- All transactions require an undamaged form of valid photo ID accepted by Red Earth Casino.
- Players who are selected and cannot produce a valid REC accepted form of photo ID will be disqualified, and another winner will be drawn in their place.
- Participation is limited to eligible individuals; those who are currently excluded patrons, or minors are not permitted to participate. If an ineligible participant wins a prize, their entry will be considered invalid, and a new winner will be chosen.
- Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility to claim any prize.
- By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the promotion.
- Red Earth Casino is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors, whether human, mechanical, electronic, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning.
- Each entrant and winner shall indemnify and hold harmless the Torres Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians, Torres Martinez Gaming Corporation (DBA Red Earth Casino), and its officers, employees, against any damage, loss, claim, or liability arising from his or her participation in the promotion. Red Earth Casino assumes no liability of any kind.
- Participation in a drawing is not guaranteed if a Player is unable to activate their entries during the times stated in these official rules. No exceptional circumstances will warrant the delay of a drawing to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.
- The Virtual Barrel entries will be based on the number of entries a Player earns in the weeks preceding the drawing.
- A Player can only win (1) one time prior to the Grand Prize Drawing.
- A Player can only win one Grand Prize when multiple Grand prizes are offered.
- All Winning Players will have 2 minutes to report to the Players Club to claim their prize. In the event a Player gives up or does not show up to claim their prize, the Players Club Supervisor, CSM, or Marketing Representative will select another name from the Virtual Barrel for the same prize.
- Free Play is valid for 7 days.
- Cash Prize vouchers expire at midnight on the day they were issued.
- The Grand Prize Winner must make their decision on whether they are going to select the Vehicle or the $20,000 Cash Option at the time the required paperwork is presented to them.
- Players can earn entries up to the time of the drawing.
- Entries can be activated no sooner than (2) two hours prior to the start of the promotion right up to the time of the drawing by Players swiping their REC Payers Club Card at a Promotional Kiosk / Mobile App (when applicable) and selecting the Activate Entries Icon, or actively playing with their REC Players Club Card inserted at any slot machine.
- Starting at 8:00pm through 10:45pm there will be drawings every 15 minutes for 1 winner of $200 in Free Play.
- At 11:00pm 5 winners will be drawn for our Grand Prize giveaway consisting of consisting of 1 winner of $2500 cash, 1 winner of $1500 cash, 1 winner of $1000 cash, 1 winner of $500 cash, and 1 winner of a 2025 Toyota Cross XSE or $20,000 Cash.
- Red Earth Casino will pay 1-10 Toyota the agreed upon purchase price of ($35,595) Thirty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees due upon delivery of the vehicle. Final paperwork for the ownership of the vehicle will take place at 1-10 Toyota located at 78-980 Varner Rd, Indio, CA. 92203.
- Over the course of this promotion, the drawing schedule guarantees 12 Winners of $200 in Free Play, 5 Cash Prize Winners totaling ($25,500) Twenty-Five Thousand Five Dollars, or 4 Cash Winners totaling ($5,500) Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 1 Winner of a 2025 Toyota Cross XSE with a value of ($35,595) Thirty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars.
- Management and the TGA reserves the right to cancel, change, or modify the promotion without notice.
